I felt safe and cared for while working with the Education Forum. It was a new area for me, my first serious project. I felt part of the team: our expectations were always listened to and met on time, with detailed explanations when necessary. When questions arose, all uncertainties were answered. Over the years of the Gymnasium's existence, we have had to deal with a number of project developers: some like to talk a lot and talk big, others like to strategise a lot, and others like to put in only a small part of the input (work), and we have often reached the finish line with a lot of talk and very little work done. We are particularly happy about our friendship with the Education Forum: a team of true professionals who show that less talk is more work. A team that not only gives advice and help, but also friendly encouragement when they see the need. Young, dedicated and very responsible professionals who work with their whole heart. Since 2018, we have been cooperating with Educational Forum on the EU project "Modernisation of the learning environment of Lavoriškės Gymnasium". The team of Education Forum has not only met all the expectations related to the management of the project, but has exceeded them by far. Professional, competent and friendly staff. The bureaucratic burden of the project was almost non-existent, we were able to spend more time on the project itself, and the people at Education Forum were diligent in their reporting after collecting important data from us.
